The natural world represents a delicate balance of interactions from the smallest organisms to the most significant ecosystems. This delicate balance is possible on Earth because of the size of our planet, distance from the sun, the planet's tilt in its orbit, and an endless amount of complex and interdependent variables. If these things change, our world as we know it would be vastly different. With a lifelong passion for solving environmental issues and advocating for those whose voices struggle to be heard, we feel the Earth's axial tilt, which is 23.5 degrees, is emblematic of the delicate balance of the earth. If the axial tilt were slightly different, our environment and what we know as our earth would not exist. That means the slightest imbalance means change is inevitable, so why not keep our house, in order as best our knowledge and science allow. Given the environmental issues we face, we chose 23point5 as our name to represent that delicate balance we hope to preserve.
